By car
- Munich – Kufstein (Inntal motorway A12) – Innsbruck – Ötztal exit – Obergurgl-Hochgurgl
- Munich – Garmisch – Scharnitz – Telfs – Ötztal – Obergurgl-Hochgurgl
- Kempten – Füssen – Reutte – Fern Pass – Imst – Ötztal – Obergurgl or Hochgurgl
- Vignettes are required on motorways in Austria. These can be purchased at any petrol station.
By train
- By train to Innsbruck or Ötztal-Bahnhof
- By bus from Innsbruck (4 times daily) or Ötztal-Bahnhof (8 times daily) to Obergurgl or Hochgurgl.
By plane
- Flights to Innsbruck, Munich, Salzburg, or Zurich
- Train to Ötztal-Bahnhof or Innsbruck
- Bus to Obergurgl or Hochgurgl.
