In the event of a Covid 19 entry ban to / from Austria, any cancellation is free of charge at any time.

Outside the period specified the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:

– Free cancellation up to 2 months before the day of arrival

– 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival

– 80% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival.

– 100% of the total agreed price by 7 – 0 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellations must be made and confirmed by the hotel in written form.
